Arçelik – Retail Academy Branding & Experience

Brand Identity, Content Design & Experiential Communication

Arçelik Perakende Akademi was envisioned as a platform to shape the future of retail knowledge within the organization.


Sidebyside partnered with the brand to build a cohesive visual and experiential identity for the academy — covering everything from the core branding to the internal Retail TV platform.

We designed a system that reflected the evolving face of modern learning: modular, interactive and deeply human.

This included a scalable identity framework, motion language, and storytelling approach aligned with Arçelik’s wider corporate transformation.

To communicate this vision in a physical environment, we created a dedicated stand — an immersive, multi-sensory space designed around the Academy’s new identity.

Through spatial storytelling, visitors explored how the Academy would shape the future of retail education. The experience was brought to life using touchscreens, AR, and interactive tools.

Later, we developed a second, fully interactive stand combining VR and Leap Motion technology to introduce new training modules in an engaging and intuitive format.


To deepen internal engagement, we also produced branded events and gamified quiz activations — turning knowledge into a shared experience across the organization.
