As one of the world’s leading home appliances and technology companies, Arçelik A.Ş. brought together over 3,000 global suppliers under one roof — uniting brands such as Beko, Grundig, Arctic, Defy, Dawlance, and Altus in a landmark summit designed to inspire, align, and energize its worldwide partner ecosystem.

Entrusting the entire event to Sidebyside, Arçelik set the stage for a large-scale experience that spanned design, content, and end-to-end execution.

A massive 45-meter-wide screen, designed to evoke the presence of a flagship vessel, became the central stage.

Custom content was created using a dynamic “watch-out” system to deliver synchronized, immersive visuals tailored to the screen’s scale and structure.




Beyond the visuals, the event was grounded in a clear thematic architecture:
“Business is always about connections.”
This principle shaped dedicated networking spaces where attendees could meet, exchange ideas, and strengthen ties — person to person, partner to partner.
